Summer Comes Late Print, Mt. Jefferson Wilderness, Oregon

In the high Oregon Cascade Range it can take most of the summer for the snow pack to melt off. This small tarn was still filled with ice in mid July and provided a colorful foreground element to the backdrop of Mt. Jefferson.
