Print: Indian Sands

At Indian Sands Beach on the southern Oregon coast one can find compacted dunes containing intricate layers of multicolored, mineral hardened sand. As the thin layers are exposed by erosion they weather and break creating the look of broken pottery shards. To finish this photograph I did some dodging and burning and adjusted the contrast and saturation.
