Three Fingered Jack Print, Mt. Jefferson Wilderness, Oregon
Three Fingered Jack isn't one of the tallest peaks in the Oregon Cascade Range, but it makes up for that with its craggy skyline and colorful layering. For this image I used a wide angle lens to try to show the high alpine meadow ecosystem found in Canyon Creek Meadow juxtaposed against the dramatic north side of the mountain.
