Coquille River Lighthouse 6 Stock Image, Bandon, Oregon
The Coquille River Lighthouse in Bandon, Oregon is one of the most photographed buildings in the state. Commissioned in 1896 the lighthouse was designed to guide mariners around the dangerous bar at the mouth of the river. The simple and elegant architecture of the building is set off in this photo by the waves of yellow, gold and tan of lupine, scotch broom and marsh grass.
