Fall in Lithia Park, Ashland, Oregon is a great time for photography. The Atkinson Memorial Bridge, built in 1912, is one of many bridges over Ashland Creek. The creek flows year around and passes through beautiful forested areas and along winding paths in the park. The park was designed by John McLaren, landscape architect of San Francisco's Golden Gate Park. Lithia Park is one of the main attractions in the popular town which is also home to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and Southern Oregon State University.
