Print Sizing And Pricing

Most of my fine-art prints maintain the aspect ratio in which they were captured (usually 2:3). I also crop some images to fit the subject, so the actual print size may vary from that ratio. With cropped images, the longest dimension will remain the same as the standard ratio. For example, instead of 20x30, a cropped image may measure 16x30.  Sizes and prices for all fine art prints are listed with each image.  A white border is left around each print for matting and handling purposes. All fine-art prints are signed and numbered.

Limited Edition Original Prints

Prints from digital "negatives" made by the artist, or an approved fine-art printer, are considered to be original prints in the same sense as darkroom prints, and are not considered reproductions. All Outdoor Exposure Photography fine-art prints, regardless of image size, come in limited editions of 200. After 200 prints of any image have been sold no more original prints will be produced. All fine-art prints are signed and numbered once they have been inspected for accuracy and quality.

Types of Prints

My fine art prints are now being produced by a master fine art print photo lab. All prints can be ordered in a choice of media.

• Chromira Prints on Fuji Crystal Archive Paper
  • Fuji Crystal Archive paper offers a traditonal photo paper surface that has beautiful color and rich, deep blacks. This paper is enfineered to give excellent resolution and color saturation.
• Hahnemühle Photo Rag printed with Epson 9800 K3 Matte Black
  
  • Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 is a 100% cotton rag artist's paper which allows prints to look like watercolor, or other alternative print processes. With Epson K3 Photo Black inks it produces stunning depth, detail, and subtlety.

Event Photo Prints

Outdoor Exposure Photography sometimes provides photographic coverage of outdoor events such as races and competitions. Photos ordered from any of my event photo galleries are printed by a professional lab on Fuji Crystal Archive paper. Event prints are shipped directly to the customer from the lab and are not signed.

Licensing Images

All of the images on this site and in our archives are available to be licensed for commercial and editorial use. CLICK HERE for more information on stock photo licensing. Sean Bagshaw and Outdoor Exposure Photography, LLC hold the copyrights to all images on this site. No image may be copied, transferred, linked to or used in any way without permission.

Matting And Framing

My prints, as priced, do not include matting or framing. Matting and framing services are available on request and are priced according to size and material. All prints are matted to conservation standards with off-white, acid-free rag mat board and are mounted with acid-free mounting tape or are acid-free dry mounted, depending on size. Mattes are 3.5 inches wide adding seven inches to the length and width of any print dimensions. Frames are made of simple black wood frame molding. To add matting or framing to your print order, contact Outdoor Exposure Photography.

 If you live in the Ashland/Medford area, pick-up or direct delivery can be arranged by contacting Outdoor Exposure Photography. Shipping matted or framed prints is costly but possible (see Shipping).

Shipping

Shipping of all unmatted and unframed fine art prints is free.  Fine art prints are shipped in flat carboard photo mailers designed to withstand the rigors of shipping. Industry shipping standards are met or exceeded so that your print will arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that a print is damaged by the shipping company, simply return it and a new print will be provided, minus the cost of shipping.

Shipping matted or framed prints (see Matting And Framing) is possible. Shipping costs for matted or framed prints can be very expensive, so unless you live in southern Oregon, consider having your print framed locally to save money. Return Policy

I hold my work to the highest standard and create images that are stunning, vibrant, original and of superior quality. I am certain that you will be completely satisfied with any fine-art print from Outdoor Exposure Photography. If you are not completely satisfied you may return the print for a full refund or exchange, minus the cost of shipping.

Privacy Statement

Outdoor Exposure photography takes your privacy seriously. It does not give out or sell any personal information, including email addresses or shipping addresses. Your credit card information is handled through a certified secure server and is not kept after the transaction is complete.

Copyright Information

Using an Outdoor Exposure Photography image without permission? The images on this site represent many years of hard work. They are the basis of my business and how I support my family. All images have been registered with the Library of Congess' Copyright Office to protect my work. If you use an image without my consent, U.S. Copyright Laws provide for a number of leagal actions. These include:

• Up to $150,000.00 in statutory damages per case of infringement.
• Payment of Artist's Legal fees.
• Percentage of Business Profits from date of use.
• Closure of offending web-site. (If used on the Internet)
