The Crystal Mill in Crystal, Colorado has precariously perched on these rocks since its construction in 1893. Designed to generate power for compressed air for nearby miners, it fell into disuse by 1917. It is now reputed to be the most photographed site in Colorado. It was especially attractive to capture on this crisp fall day.
